 MOU Signing between WMSU and PCA-ZRC of Coco-Sugar Processing
The Western Mindanao State University as implementing agency of the DOST-PCAFRRD AFNR Project has recently signed MOU in collaboration with Philippine Coconut Authority, Zamboanga Research Center, San Ramon, on Coco-Sugar processing technology. This undertaking was formally done during the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding of the two cooperating parties WMSU and PCA on March 27, 2009 at the Conference Room of the Office of WMSU President. The program was participated by the AFNR Project 2 implementors, staffs and other guests. The picture above shows the MOU signing of the WMSU President, Dr. Grace J. Rebollos and PCA-ZRC Manager, Mr. Gerardo “JerrY” Baylon. Witnessed by VP-RED Dr. Rufina Cruz, Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Teresita A. Narvaez, Dean of Research, Dr. Chona Q. Sarmiento, who is also the Project Leader, AFNR, Project 2, University’s Training Director, Dr. Vivian Molina, Director, Planning and Budget, Dr. Frede Moreno and OIC of the ZSCMST, Dr. Milabel Nazario.
