The Association of Schools of Public Administration in the Philippines (ASPAP) signed a memorandum of agreement with the Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) on December 7 in Zamboanga City, to seal a partnership for improved knowledge and information accessibility through the utilization of state of the art information communication technology (ICT).

ASPAP is a non-stock, non-profit, non-partisan and Securities and Exchange Commission – registered national organization of schools and universities involved in the professional education, instruction, research/training of public administration, management, governance and/or its equivalent fields/areas of study and research in the Philippines.
